Terms and Conditions

1. This Rebate Programme is only applicable to ALL existing main and supplementary cardholders who hold a valid Diners Club-Courts Credit Regular or S$500 Limit Credit Card.
2. Cardholders will earn 3% rebate on all purchases with their Diners Club-Courts Credit Card at Courts outlets in Singapore. The rebate amount is capped at S$50.00 per account per month. This amount will be rounded up or down to the nearest cent.
3. Rebates are calculated on cumulative spending at Courts for the whole account for that month.
4. All rebates earned will be credited to the following month’s Statement of Account and will be used to offset against subsequent card bill.
5. The rebate is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The rebate is not valid for Instalment Payment Plans at Courts.
7. There is no Club Rewards Points awarded for purchases at Courts.
8. Diners Club reserves the right to amend, vary, add or delete these Terms and Conditions. Diners Club may also terminate this programme at its sole discretion by giving 30 days’ notice.
9. All unredeemed Rebates shall automatically be forfeited if the Card Account becomes invalid whether voluntarily or involuntarily and for whatsoever reasons.
10. Diners Club's decision on all matters pertaining to the Diners Club-Courts Rebate Programme is final, conclusive and binding.
