Promotion interest rate is at 0% for six months with a minimum amount of S$500 and a maximum of up to 90% of the total Card Account credit limit, subject to the available balance at the time of approval. A processing fee of 6% of the approved amount will be imposed. Diners Club Balance Transfer will be interest-free if your Card Account is not revolving and your monthly statement is paid in full by the payment due date specified in the statement.

1. A basic cardholder of personal Diners Club Charge Card or Credit Card (Generic or Cobrand) whose Diners Club Card Account is current and in good standing as determined by Diners Club may make a Balance Transfer application.
2. Club Rewards points will not be awarded for successful Balance Transfer applications.
3. A Balance Transfer request can only be made from another bank’s credit card account held under the same name as the Diners Club basic cardholder who makes such Request.
4. Diners Club reserves the sole discretionary right to reject your Balance Transfer application without assigning any reason.
5. A Balance Transfer application must specify a minimum quantum for transfer of at least S$500, up to a maximum of 90% of the available total credit limit on your Diners Club card account ("your Account") at the time of the Request, or a maximum of S$50,000 (whichever is lower).
6. Should a Balance Transfer application specify a quantum which exceeds 90% of the available total credit limit on your Card Account, or above S$50,000 at the time of approval, Diners Club may determine the transfer amount for approval at its sole discretion and its decision is final.
7. Upon approval, the approved Balance Transfer amount shall be credited directly into your nominated bank's credit card account(s) within 4 working days from the date of Diners Club’s approval.
8. You agree:
   a) to continue to make payment to your nominated bank's credit card account for which you have made a Balance Transfer application until your nominated bank's credit card account is successfully credited by Diners Club upon your successful application for a Balance Transfer; and
   b) not to hold Diners Club liable or responsible for any payment of interest, penalty, fees, service charges, or other whatsoever expenses/sums due or levied on your nominated bank's credit card account or for any whatsoever action and howsoever arising which the respective bank of your nominated credit card may take against your credit card account in the event the date Diners Club successfully credits the approved Balance Transfer amount is past the due date for payment of the approved Balance Transfer amount as indicated in your nominated bank's credit card statement.
9. A non-refundable Processing Fee of 6% of the approved Balance Transfer amount will be charged and debited to your Account immediately upon disbursement of the approved amount.
10. The available overall limit on your Account will be provisionally reduced by a blocking out of the approved Balance Transfer amount, plus the Processing Fee. The available overall limit will be progressively restored by your monthly amount payment received by Diners Club.
11. You shall repay the approved Balance Transfer amount in six (6) monthly instalments. For easy calculation, the cents will be rounded up and charged in the first instalment.
12. The first instalment shall be debited to your Account immediately upon disbursement of the approved Balance Transfer amount to your nominated bank's credit card account. Each instalment will be treated in the same manner as a charge arising from a card transaction in respect of your Account, of which Diners Club will send you monthly statement and is payable on the monthly statement due date in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Account. Any fees, interest and charges/amounts incurred will be subjected to Diners Club’s prevailing interest rates and other administrative fees if these amounts are not paid in full when due and payable.
13. If, during the instalment repayment period, your Account is terminated by you or Diners Club for any reason, the balance instalment amounts outstanding shall immediately become due and payable and shall be debited to your Account immediately. No Club Rewards points will be awarded for such amount debited.
14. Any early repayment of approved Balance Transfer amount, cancellation or amendment of Balance Transfer amount after request is made and/or Card Account termination, either by you or Diners Club, is subject to an administration fee of S$150 and such fee shall be debited immediately to your Account.
15. Diners Club is entitled in its absolute discretion, to vary or determine, at any time and from time to time, the rates or types of fees levied or to be levied for the Balance Transfer and/or basis of calculation of all interests, charges and amounts payable and/or the duration of the instalment payment plan under the Balance Transfer without notice and without giving any reason.
16. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms & Conditions, Diners Club reserves the right to terminate the Balance Transfer program and any Balance Transfer account(s) without prior notice and without assigning reason thereof and you shall forthwith on demand repay all monies owing under the affected Balance Transfer account(s).
17. These Terms and Conditions shall form part of the Diners Club Charge/Credit Card terms and conditions and shall be governed by, construed and interpreted according to the Singapore Laws.
